    We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your Espressaro espresso machine, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

    Return Eligibility

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Within 14 days of delivery
    • In the same condition that you received it
    • In the original packaging
    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Consumable products (once opened)
    • Items purchased on final sale
    • Items damaged through misuse

    How to Initiate a Return

    To start your return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our customer service team at espressaro@gmail.com
    2. Provide your order number and reason for return
    3. Receive approval and return instructions
    4. Purchase your own return shipping label
    5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
    6. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location

    Refund Process

    Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.

    Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.

    Shipping

    Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Mon to Fri). Transit Time: 6 to 11 business days (Mon to Fri). Total Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days.

    The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including purchasing and printing the return label. We do not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping fees.
