We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your Espressaro espresso machine, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We pay for return shipping.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Within 30 days of delivery
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Consumable products (once opened)
- Items purchased on final sale
- Items damaged through misuse
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at espressaro@gmail.com or call (646) 847-9317
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive approval and return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop off the package at your nearest UPS or FedEx location
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.
Shipping
Our espresso machines are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days, with 4 to 7 business days transit time. Total delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. All orders ship free via UPS and FedEx. We also pay for return shipping.
