If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. Do not discard any packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Espressaro espresso machine, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be within 14 days of delivery, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items cannot be returned: consumable products once opened, items purchased on final sale, and items damaged through misuse.
To start your return, please contact our customer service team at espressaro@gmail.com. Provide your order number and reason for return. Receive approval and return instructions. Purchase your own return shipping label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.
